Sliced cheese is packed by a J+P case packer model KP600 from now on near the Alps!

Just one single robot picks and places up to 120 thermoformed packs/min. into American Cases or E2 boxes.
For this special application J+P supports a start-up company from Dresden, called Revobotik. Revobotic was founded at the Technical University of Dresden. They have developed a new generation of robots.
The High-Speed-Delta-Robot (4-axis) is premiered in the machine which was delivered in July. The suction tools were specially designed and printed via 3D-printer. The format change is carried out quickly by means of the “J+P-simple-quick-change”. The machine works up to 20 boxes or crates/min.
