The carton filling machine type EP packs individual products (bags, boxes, blister packs, or others) upright in cartons or crates.

Single- and double-lane fan collecting chains or our standardized product transport technology are used as collection systems. Single- and multi-row groupings, single- and multi-layer groupings—the J+P modular system can be configured flexibly and individually.

The trays, American cases, or boxes to be filled are provided externally to the machine and can be sealed after the filling process. The EP carton filling machine can be combined very flexibly with tray and carton erectors, box stackers, carton sealers, and lids.

The machine’s format range covers standard national and international packaging sizes. Format changes are quick and tool-free thanks to the “J+P simple quick change” system.
